Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common HVAC questions from Calgary homeowners.
How quickly can you get to my home?
+For emergencies, we typically arrive within 1–2 hours anywhere in Calgary. For regular appointments, same-day and next-day booking is available in most cases.
Do you charge extra for after-hours calls?
+No. Our 24/7 emergency service has no after-hours surcharge. We don't think you should be penalized for a furnace dying at 2am in a Calgary winter.
What areas do you serve?
+We serve all of Calgary plus Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Chestermere.
How much does furnace repair cost?
+Most repairs fall between $150–$600 depending on parts and labour. We always provide a clear, upfront quote before starting — no surprises on the final bill.
Do you offer free estimates?
+Yes, free estimates on all new installations. Diagnostic calls for repairs start at $99, which is waived if you proceed with the repair.
Do you offer financing?
+Yes, we work with financing partners to make new installations affordable. Ask us about current options when you book.
What brands do you service?
+All major brands — Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Bryant, Rheem, York, and more. If it heats or cools, we can service it.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?
+A good rule: if the repair costs more than 50% of a new unit and the furnace is over 15 years old, replacement usually makes more sense long-term. We'll give you an honest recommendation.
How often should I service my furnace or AC?
+Once a year is ideal — fall for your furnace, spring for your AC. Regular tune-ups extend equipment life and catch small problems before they become expensive ones.
Are heat pumps worth it in Calgary?
+Modern cold-climate heat pumps work efficiently down to -25°C, making them a solid choice for Calgary. They can reduce heating costs significantly and also handle cooling in summer. Government rebates are currently available in Alberta.
